Robert E. McCaleb III is an A&P/IA traveling mechanic who will come to you and work on your aircraft. Experienced in both fixed wing and rotary aircraft Rob has years of experience. Joining the United States Marine Corps in 1998, he served as a CH-53E helicopter mechanic amongst other things. He deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Retiring in 2015 Rob attended Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics (PIA) in Allegheny County Airport. Since graduating from PIA in 2016 he has been working as a general aircraft maintenance mechanic and earned his Inspection Authorization certificate in 2021. On his free time Rob is the Sergeant at Arms of Marine Corps League Leatherneck Square Detachment 1386, Worshipful Master at Eureka-West Shore Lodge 302, Vice President of Central PA Marine Associates, and Trustee at VFW Post 6771.
